Our business plan
It's ambitious. It's our aim to be the national firm, delivering high-quality services to high-quality national clients. This means we will:
Why sectors?
Sectors are about putting clients first, so our sector client teams bring together people from a range of different legal teams. Together we find they generate far more opportunities - for clients as well as for others in the firm. We invest in our technical skills, of course, but we also take the time to understand our clients and their markets. The sectors we currently work with are:
Our top 100 clients are drawn from our sectors; we act for businesses, banks and for private clients across the UK. If you were to ask what's different about us we'd say it's to do with the way that we think as a firm. We don't think of ourselves as a collection of legal services. Instead we focus on our clients and their industry sectors.
Accreditations
Our definition of the highest quality service is helping our clients to achieve their business objectives. We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, which ensures that our work meets the highest technical and client service standards.
We have achieved the Law Society's Lexcel quality accreditation. This quality assurance standard is equivalent to the ISO9001 accreditation and is specifically designed for law firms. It is only extended to those firms that have proven systems and procedures relating to Law Society compliance and customer care.
We have also achieved Investors in People accreditation in recognition of our training and development policies and systems. We provide a comprehensive training programme that addresses technical updates, quality standards and management development.
