We specialise in advising landowners on the effect of the Electronic Communications Code and the inter-action with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. We regularly act for landowners in securing vacant possession from telecoms operators, in providing advice on requests from telecoms operators for consents to assign and share sites, on rent review and in drafting agreements with the operators.
