Risk Management

Although it is difficult to remove completely the risk of a dispute happening, it is possible to reduce that risk . We work closely with our clients to review their internal risk management systems and, where appropriate, offer proposals to improve them. We provide free of charge bespoke training programmes and seminars and legal updates to our clients to help them identify the risks of litigation arising so that they are aware of what steps to take when a potential dispute arises.

If your dispute is in the public domain, or likely to become public, we provide assistance to clients and their communications advisers to ensure that appropriate statements and measured responses are made when dealing with the media and the public.
