The Clarke Willmott Employment and Human Resources Team comprises specialist employment lawyers and HR specialists. The team provides a full employment law and HR support service to employers across the country.
The team supports an employer’s key employment goals – to be legally compliant, but at the same time providing commercial solutions. The team is employer focussed and handles all employment related matters including unfair dismissal, redundancy, sex, race, age and disability discrimination, family friendly issues as well as breach of contract claims. We also advise on the sale and purchase of companies/transfer of engagements and mergers including TUPE implications.
All of our lawyers are members of the Employment Lawyer's Association and are regularly involved in Employment Tribunal proceedings. The team includes a number of solicitor advocates. We provide full Employment Tribunal support including advocacy.
