This service will allow you to track all case particulars, i.e. records of all correspondence sent/received, all telephone calls, monies that have been recovered and what is outstanding with a detailed breakdown of when the full amount is due to be reclaimed, what legal action has been taken and in which court, and other case details that you may require.

In addition to this service we pride ourselves on providing a service with a personal touch and will ensure that you have a dedicated customer account manager who you can liaise with directly on any issues/questions that you may have.


Q. Is there any management information reporting available?

A. Yes, you can specify regular system generated reporting to be sent to you electronically to track case and workload progress or you can use DebtView to generate adhoc management information reports as you require.
