Our in-house Debt Recovery Department was set up in 1997 by a team of solicitors who specialise in debt recovery. The Debt Recovery Department manages any volume of instruction, from substantial debt portfolios to one off cases.

Through a combination of in-house legal expertise and effective use of technology we have developed a highly efficient debt recovery process that is focussed around our clients' specific requirements, ensuring recovery of their monies in the fastest time possible.

Our proven service is highlighted by the in-depth partnerships we have developed . We have recovered outstanding debts on behalf of  government departments, large utility companies, management agents, insurance companies, large commercial clients and private individuals totalling in excess of £450 million.
