Louise specialises in commercial property with an emphasis on portfolio investment and management. She advises on landlord and tenant, leases, options, freehold sales and purchases, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, and development. She handles property investments for institutional and property companies.

Louise has also acted for banks and lenders in connection with secured lending. Louise is a former national chairman of the Association of Women in Property and is still an active committee member for both the national and local committees. She is also a fellow of the Faculty of Building.

Stephen's expertise is in commercial property, with a particular emphasis on lease drafting, landlord and tenant law, licensed premises, business sales, acquisitions, major portfolio disposals, complex secured lending advice and development projects. He often acts for local authorities in relation to regeneration schemes and for lending institutions with regard to their provision of funds to universities, colleges and schools.

Stephen is a member of the Faculty of Building. He has been recognised as a commercial property expert by the Chambers and Legal Experts directories.

Oliver specialises in commercial property with an emphasis on development and property investment. He acts for both developers and land owners advising on all property aspects of large scale development projects including site acquisition, collaboration and profit share agreements and disposal. He has particular expertise in advising local authorities on the regeneration of property assets, often in partnership with regional development agencies.

Oliver also has extensive experience in advising on the acquisition and sale of investment property together with overseeing the ongoing re-gearing and management of property assets. He has advised on major investment deals acting for institutional property companies.

Neil is Head of the Planning and Environment Group with wide experience of planning and environmental law. He has acted in connection with planning applications and appeals into major industrial and waste installations and housing schemes, obtaining environmental licences and permits from the Environment Agency and local authorities and on appeal, defending water pollution and statutory nuisance proceedings, waste and contaminated land, and corporate acquisitions and disposals.

Neil regularly advises on complex planning and highway agreements. He is recognised as a leader in planning and environmental law by the Chambers and Legal Experts legal directories. He is a member of the UK Environmental Law Association South West branch.

Simon is a construction law specialist providing both non-contentious and contentious advice. On the procurement front Simon advises on all stages of the construction process from the choice of contract and contractual drafting through to the negotiation of terms, appointments, warranties and related documentation. He has experience of advising on such matters both domestically and internationally.

In terms of disputes, Simon has conducted many multi-million pound disputes; in all forms of the dispute resolution process including cross border litigation. In particular, he has handled cases concerning the construction of roads, bridges, industrial plant, mechanical and electrical, installations, office developments, sports stadia and hospitals (both traditional and PFI procurement).

Simon has handled many adjudications and related enforcement proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court. He is a member of the Society of Construction Law and has lectured on behalf of Construction Excellence and the Chartered Institute of Building.

Martyn specialises in all aspects of property dispute resolution with an emphasis for acting for property developers and investors and corporate occupiers, and has a sound grasp of the commercial issues. He has considerable expertise in large scale dilapidations claims and pre-acquisition advice, which have often involved the recovery of substantial damages in respect of landmark buildings in Central London.

Martyn's expertise also extends to landlord and tenant, lease renewals, consent to assignment, rent recovery, overage disputes, professional negligence claims, boundary disputes, easements, service charge and covenants. Martyn is an experienced ADR accredited mediator. He is recognised as an expert by Chambers Legal Directory and Legal 500 where he has been described as "excellent on all fronts".
